We want the return process to be as smooth as possible. To qualify for a return, please ensure the following conditions are met:

  • Items must be unused, in their original condition, with all tags and accessories intact.
  • Products must be returned in their original, undamaged packaging.
  • Return requests must be raised within 2–3 days of receiving your order.
  • A valid order number and reason for return must be provided when requesting.
⚠️ Not eligible for return: Gift cards, customized or personalized products, sale items, and any product explicitly marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase.

Once received and inspected, we'll notify you of the outcome and process your refund or send a replacement promptly.

🚚 Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility unless the product is defective, damaged, or the error is on our part.

🛡️ Damaged or Defective Products

We take full responsibility if your order arrives in a condition it shouldn't. Here's our promise to you:

Contact us within 2–3 days of delivery with your order number and a description of the issue.

Share clear photos or a short video of the damage or defect so our team can verify and process quickly.

Replacement or Full Refund

Upon verification, we'll offer you a brand-new replacement or a 100% full refund — including any shipping charges paid.

💳 Refund Process

🔍 Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund within the expected timeframe, please follow these steps before reaching out:

  • Double-check your bank account, credit card, or UPI statement for the credit.
  • Contact your bank or card provider — processing times can vary between 2–7 business days depending on your institution.
  • Check with your payment gateway (Razorpay, PayU, etc.) for any pending transaction updates.
  • If you've completed all the above and still haven't received your refund, contact us directly — we'll investigate immediately.

🔁 Exchanges

We currently offer exchanges only for defective or damaged items. If your product arrived in a faulty condition and you'd like the same item replaced, simply reach out to us with your order details and evidence of the issue.

🎁 Gift Returns

Received a gift from Anjrich that you'd like to return? We've made the process easy and considerate:

  • If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit equal to the value of the returned item.
  • Once the return is received and approved, a gift certificate will be emailed to you — no fuss, no awkward conversations.
  • If the item was not marked as a gift, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser's payment method.

Already Shipped

Shipped orders cannot be cancelled. However, you can return the item once received as per our Return Policy.

Note on Shipping Fees

If your order was already dispatched at the time of cancellation, shipping fees are non-refundable.

If you need to cancel or return an order because your item arrived damaged or defective, you are fully protected under our Defect Policy:

  • No return shipping costs will be charged to you in such cases.
  • There is absolutely no cancellation or processing fee for defective item cancellations.
