- Products must be returned in their original, undamaged packaging.
- Return requests must be raised within 2–3 days of receiving your order.
- A valid order number and reason for return must be provided when requesting.

Our team will review your request and respond with detailed return instructions, including the return address and packing guidelines.
Ship the Item Back
Pack the item securely and ship it back using a trackable courier or with shipping insurance. We recommend keeping the receipt until your refund is confirmed.
Refund or Replacement Issued
Once received and inspected, we'll notify you of the outcome and process your refund or send a replacement promptly.
🚫 Non-Returnable Items
To maintain quality and hygiene standards, we are unable to accept returns for the following:

🛡️ Damaged or Defective Products
We take full responsibility if your order arrives in a condition it shouldn't. Here's our promise to you:
Report Within 2–3 Days
Contact us within 2–3 days of delivery with your order number and a description of the issue.
Provide Evidence
Share clear photos or a short video of the damage or defect so our team can verify and process quickly.
Replacement or Full Refund
Upon verification, we'll offer you a brand-new replacement or a 100% full refund — including any shipping charges paid.
💳 Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, here's exactly what happens next:
Item Received & Inspected
We carefully examine the returned product to ensure it meets return eligibility criteria.
Approval Notification
You'll receive an email notifying you whether your refund has been approved or rejected, with the reason.
Refund Credited
If approved, your refund will be credited to your original payment method within 2–3 business days.
🔍 Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received your refund within the expected timeframe, please follow these steps before reaching out:
- Double-check your bank account, credit card, or UPI statement for the credit.
- Contact your bank or card provider — processing times can vary between 2–7 business days depending on your institution.
- Check with your payment gateway (Razorpay, PayU, etc.) for any pending transaction updates.
- If you've completed all the above and still haven't received your refund, contact us directly — we'll investigate immediately.
🔁 Exchanges
We currently offer exchanges only for defective or damaged items. If your product arrived in a faulty condition and you'd like the same item replaced, simply reach out to us with your order details and evidence of the issue.
🎁 Gift Returns
Received a gift from Anjrich that you'd like to return? We've made the process easy and considerate:
- If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit equal to the value of the returned item.
- Once the return is received and approved, a gift certificate will be emailed to you — no fuss, no awkward conversations.
- If the item was not marked as a gift, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser's payment method.

🗓️ Order Cancellation
To cancel an order, timing is key. Here's what you need to know:
Within 24 Hours
You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it — no questions asked, no fees charged.
After 24 Hours
Once the order enters processing, cancellation may no longer be possible. A processing fee may apply in some cases.
Already Shipped
Shipped orders cannot be cancelled. However, you can return the item once received as per our Return Policy.

💳 Refunds for Cancelled Orders
Once your cancellation is approved, here's how your refund will be processed:
Cancellation Confirmed
You'll receive a confirmation email once your cancellation request has been reviewed and approved by our team.
Refund Initiated
The refund is credited to your original payment method within 2–3 business days of approval.
Note on Shipping Fees
If your order was already dispatched at the time of cancellation, shipping fees are non-refundable.
🛡️ Cancellation for Damaged or Defective Items
If you need to cancel or return an order because your item arrived damaged or defective, you are fully protected under our Defect Policy:
- Contact us within 2–3 days of delivery with photos or a video of the damage.
- We will process a full refund or send a free replacement — whichever you prefer.
- No return shipping costs will be charged to you in such cases.
- There is absolutely no cancellation or processing fee for defective item cancellations.
